No dashboards to babysit. Order once and forget. A monthly summary tells you what was done.
Hi Lukas, help! We haven’t received any enquiries from the website since yesterday. The form looks like it submits, but nothing arrives. Can you check it?
Hi client name redacted, no worries, all fixed. The form is sending again. A caching plugin compatibility issue was interfering with submissions, so I replaced the plugin and tested the form end to end.

What gets handled
Built for business owners who need their website to stay healthy - not another dashboard to babysit. I monitor the website for you - every 15 minutes.
Weekly WordPress, theme and plugin updates - with attention to the issues updates can create.
Weekly or daily backups depending on the plan, so recovery is part of the routine - not a panic.
Regular security monitoring, warnings and proactive fixes where your plan includes them.
Twice per hour, your homepage is checked for uptime, loading errors, broken assets and visible layout changes - catching WordPress problems ordinary uptime monitors miss.
Pagespeed monitoring, SEO visibility tracking and competitor checks on higher-care plans.
Why maintenance matters
More than 11,000 new vulnerabilities were found in the WordPress ecosystem during 2025 - around 31 every day. The overwhelming majority were in plugins and themes, not in WordPress itself.
None of this means your website will be hacked. It means a business website assembled from dozens of interconnected parts can’t be left alone. Regular maintenance shortens the window in which a known vulnerability sits open on your site - and since almost half of those vulnerabilities are disclosed before a fix even exists, a recent backup is what decides whether recovery takes an hour or a week.
Premium support
VIP CARE is not anonymous ticket routing or chatbots. It's practical WordPress maintenance, advice and collaboration from a person who knows your website and you: Hi, I'm Lukas.

Dealing with Lukas is an absolute pleasure in every respect. He is an absolute Maestro! Five stars is not a high enough rating. Thanks Lukas!!
Lukas was recommended to me, and I’m delighted I choose him to develop my website. The finished product was far better than I could have hoped for! Lukas is easy to work with, listens to your requests and adopts a very professional attitude. He takes the time to fully understand your business, and creates a website that reflects your unique points of sale and hits your target market.
Lukas has been great to work with. He’s responsive, knows his stuff inside and out, and always finds smart solutions when things get tricky. It’s rare to find someone who’s both technically sharp and easy to collaborate with. Lukas makes everything feel smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him!

The trade-off
Websites break. Nobody can honestly promise otherwise. What maintenance changes is how quickly someone notices, how fast recovery starts, and how much damage piles up meanwhile.
Without maintenance
You never get an invoice for any of this. That is exactly why it goes unnoticed - and why it’s so easy to keep postponing.
